Beguiling with agrestic pleasure, the Bewitched Sauvignon Blanc mesmerizes with aromas of Pink Lady apple skin, elderflower, Dole Whip, and soft aromatic herbs. The palate is precise with layers of rosewater and palm sugar and bursting with bright citrus and juicy pineapple that carry through to the long, enchanting finish. The 2025 growing season began with modest winter rains that replenished soils and set the foundation for a balanced year. Budbreak was even, with warmer spring conditions tempered by a few frost events requiring careful management. A season of contrast, summer conditions were largely moderate, supporting slow, even ripening, with brief heat events in July and August advancing maturity without loss of balance. Harvest required both efficiency and precision, as steady picking windows alternated with intermittent rain. The resulting wines show layered fruit, vibrant acidity, and a balance of depth and restraint.
